Dr. Agnieszka Matusik, BSc, ND completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Trent University. She then earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine designation at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. Dr. Matusik completed her clinical training at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic practicing family medicine as well as the Shelburne Health Centre treating people affected by HIV and AIDS.
In her general family practice, Dr. Matusik focuses on assisting her patients in achieving optimal health by addressing the underlying cause of disease . Dr. Matusik provides a patient centered approach to health by utilizing naturopathic modalities to form comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. In addition, she has specialized training in IV therapeutics and has trained and worked as a doula.
Dr. Matusik is a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the British Columbia Naturopathic Association. She is registered and licensed with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of British Columbia .
Dr. Matusik is currently accepting new patients. She is eager to share the naturopathic wisdom with her patients and her community. Dr. Matusik is also available to present information relating to health promotion and illness prevention.
